As you may know next Tuesday, November 3 is Election Day. Make sure to schedule some time to cast your vote. As you also may know this election year has been very charged with different groups and their political ideals.
We want you to be aware that there may be civil unrest after Election Day. Most of the unrest we believe may occur in downtown areas such as San Francisco Downtown on Market Street and Union Square. However we prepared a precautionary plan in case of civil unrest approaches the MOB at 1100 Van Ness.
- We will have additional guards on standby for support.
- If civil unrest nears or surrounds our building we will manually lock down the building.
- The garage will also be locked down.
In case of lock down, travel from the Hospital to the MOB will be limited via the G1 tunnel. If you are parked in the building garage you may still exit, the door will automatically open for you. No entrance will be allowed.
Do not go towards or into a hostile crowd, instead move away from the crowds or stay in a safe place. We want you to be safe so please make necessary precautions, scheduling and be aware and prepared.
Again this is only a precautionary plan in case Civil Unrest is apparent and approaches and surrounds our MOB at 1100 Van Ness.
Stay Safe and Vote.
